Markus Svensson

Markus is a client that I have helped over an extended period. His goals have been to build some mass and without losing his nice shape too much. This is what he has to say about my help:

Everything has been in my own hands, but André has given me the important prerequisites to succeed. Discipline, diet and training has become so much more fun since he started coaching me.
i have learnt to do my own diet plans and training routines that really works for me.
The results and progress I have made, I think I could have done without his help, but it would have taken far more time..
The best thing about his coaching is that it was tailor made, not only to your own physical limitations, but also made more enjoyable.
To change your body as you please demands discipline, something a lot of people gets discouraged by.
But since his coaching is customed to the individuals physical and mental state, the discipline has become fun.
Now I notice progression in strength, on the scale and on pictures without feeling that I am sacrifizing anything.
I have learned to love a diet and training routine and I have no intention on giving them up. Thanks so much for your help André!

Since summer, when I started working with André, I have done the following strength increases:

Exercise From To
Flyes 8 kg x 6 reps 16 kg x 6 reps
Biceps 10 kg x 8 reps 14 kg x 8 reps
Lateral Shoulder Raises 8 kg x 8 reps 12,5 kg x 8 reps
Shoulder Presses 14 kg Restpaused 20,5 kg Restpaused
Weighted Dips 5 kg x 8 reps 25 kg x 8 reps

I have had more exercises than these, but these are the current ones, which i also had in my routine in summer.

Project Granite - Luciapokalen done!

This time I weighed in at 68.1 kg and manage to become even more cut than last competition. My color was better and presented my physique better. I am the one on the right on all pictures excpet back pictures, where I am in the middle.

I weighed in at 68.5 kg and was in the shape of my life. The resistance was tough and ended up at 5th place.



I will also compete in Luciapokalen on sunday and the competitors are even better there. But I will not fear :)
Despite what place I end up at I know what I have achieved and that I did my best. And that i am proud of.

Competition is closing in, I am at around 70 kg now, which is what I must not weigh more than, come competetion.

Late update! On these pictures, 3 weeks have elapsed. The weight is at 71 kg, which means 2 kg is dropped. The details are sharper.

Time for me to compete. I will go for the class, Classic Bodybuilding and probably also Bodybuilding -70 this year.
The contests are in december and my plan is to compete in chiseled condition. Thats why I start now despite being in a very good shape already.

Ferhat is one of my clients and his goal has been to gain weight, muscles and become stronger. In a month it has started to go in the right direction at least strength-wise. These are his words about the help he got from me:
